With the rapid development of embedded technology and algorithm of moving object detection, video surveillance of the intelligent, networked era. Embedded intelligent mobile video surveillance system in the development of these technologies the embedded system has formed a set of image acquisition, algorithm processing,video compression, network transmission and other tasks in one. Compared with the traditional video surveillance system, intelligent mobile video surveillance system is more convenient to operate,scalability is stronger.According to the actual requirements of the current video monitoring system,intelligent video surveillance system video surveillance system design must be cheap,practical, small volume and low power consumption. The main function of the embedded intelligent mobile video surveillance system designed in this paper is:Based on the ARM9 processor as the core of the TQ2440 embedded development board as the hardware architecture of the whole system,on-board embedded operating system, external CMOS camera image acquisition module, wireless transmission module, video display module. The main working principle is ARM9 processor board drive image data acquisition system through the front camera, the software algorithm,the image data compression, the user sends image transmission command,remote transmission through the wireless transmission module.Users can also choose to play in the local image acquisition, image moving target detection algorithm for the acquisition of target detection, found that when the external invasion,SMSalarm,inform the user whether the image transmission.The main work of this paper is to build the hardware platform of the needle, the analysis and design of moving target detection algorithm, and the experimental data of the software build environment test, and finally the choice of embedded development board. Hardware platform mainly includes: the selection of embedded microprocessor, coordination between the various functional modules and the selection of each module. Software platform mainly includes: the Bootloader, Linux kernel transplantation, transplantation of the system, the production of the root filesystem, and a software module transplant, mainly CMOS camera driver transplantion,V4l2 video capture program design,video compression module,network transmission of the transplantation of the software module design, design and test and moving target detection and the user application program.Embedded intelligent mobile video surveillance system designed in this paper,through the existing experiment condition test, can run a stable, clear picture quality,algorithm accuracy, good real-time performance, to achieve the purpose of the design,meet the design requirements.
