Humidity in meteorology,atmospheric science and climate science and other disciplines is important, especially in the field of meteorology measuring humidity detection remains an important issue.Development of low cost, high accuracy, easy to operate meteorological humidity sensor has become an important issue of concern scholars from various countries.In this paper, through technology and application research presented QCM humidity sensor design.Research theoretical analysis and experimental verification to take a combination of methods.The main study of nano zinc oxide film QCM as sensitive applications in the humidity sensor.QCM and humidity sensor uses a combination of nano-ZnO coating practice to measure the humidity sensitive material.First, select the Hydrothermal Preparation of Nano ZnO materials, QCM, humidity sensor sensing element constructed with the prepared nano-ZnO modified,Select good stability crystal oscillator circuit 555 as a start-up circuit, and then through a modified QCM ZnO nano connected to form a complete circuit 555 circuit.In the bottom of the stage carrying an electronic circuit board small fan to ensure uniform and stable humidity environment of the experiment.Establish standards based on saturated salt solution humidity environmen. According to the test requirements, design LabVIEW various functional modules, to complete the design of the rear panel, the front panel is generated.Due to high altitude meteorological ambient temperature changes, experiments were carried out at room temperature environment, temperature environment and low temperature environments.Experiment, will be powered by a small fan circuit and the stage is placed in a known humidity(standard humidity) ambience, the connection DAQ data acquisition card data, LabVIEW software to record, process changes the frequency of different humidity environments.Analytical sensitivity, stability, repeatability and other properties of the collected data. The results show that the proposed design of the QCM-based humidity sensor performance are standard, and even showed a superior performance can be measured meteorological humidity.In this study, to overcome the deficiencies in previous studies, so that a more systematic study and deeper, also joined the anti-jamming test to become a low-cost, high efficiency, accurate scientific humidity measurement sensor, broadening the research field, has higher value.
