The Development Path Of Chinese Academic Publishing Under The View Of Open Access

Academic publishing is an important part of academic communication, related to the dissemination and popularization of academic achievement.Traditional publishing is based on "User Subscription" which has controlled academic communication for a long time.However, because of the increasingly high subscription fees in the digital network environment, traditional model encountered resistance.Developed in the international academia in the 1990s open access movement, so as to promote the academic freedom of information transmission for the purpose,found the way to resolve the conflict in traditional academic communication.Based on the freedom of academic exchange and sharing, advocate the public welfare and social science as a supreme interests,Open access academic journals, this free and online,it enable the readers to get the information immediately and fulfill the researchers who pay attention to the scientific discovery priority, and meets users’demand in academic communication under the network environment. These give OA publishing inexhaustible dynamics.This article is divided into five chapters, based on the analysis of the current situation of the OA in China and provide a reference for digital transformation of academic resources, and actively participate in international academic exchanges.Although the concept of "Open Access" has introduced in China for 10 years, in general, Chinese OA publishing is still in the difficult exploration stage.In this paper,the first chapter introduce the background significance and the research object briefly,the second chapter analyzes the necessity of the development,implementation way,periodic achievements and the problems facing of the open access movement in China.The third chapter analyze the researchers’ attitude towards OA publishing combined with questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews.On the basis of the above points,the fourth chapter points that traditional publishing should show actively respond to the trends of OA, and then give the targeted propose in quality control system, the copyright protection and the administrative level.The last chapter makes a systematic summary to the full text and make thinking and judgment of the development direction and prospects of Open Access publishing.
