Integrated Management System For Plant Workers And Materials Based On RFID

It is a direction of fine management development that using the comprehensive analysis of variety of data which collected from the company management, by rising of management concept that cloud computing and big data. Currently, digital management philosophy has been widely used in all walks of life in China. But in general, the using of computer management system is still in its infancy, in the management of Chinese enterprises. There is a rapid development in recent years, but there are still many problems. There are two principal problems, one is the difficult to achieve a timely and accurate reflecting of actual physical world and information space, another one is that data can not be exchanged between the various departments. We need to continue to explore and research on these two major issues.Based on the analysis of the current trends in related technology and management methods of integrated enterprise information management system, this paper designs a suitable Integrated Management System for SMEs’ HR and material management. The system is divided into PC software systems and lower computer data acquisition system. Among them, the PC software systems related multiple categories of factory production management, personnel management and materials management, through a unified coding system. And the lower computer system collects accurate real-time data and related personnel, products, manufacturing processes, and time together to achieve the automatic collection of data and real-time delivery.According to the theoretical analysis, designing, component selection, this paper select the physical device, assemble a prototype low computer systems, and design test data for testing. Meanwhile, according to the needs of the coding system, design the PC software system, and program and debugging. After testing, the entire management system can achieve the purposes that further improve plant management.
