At present, the Internet of things is sweeping the world, which is believed to be another technological revolution after the computer and the Internet, which stimulated the birth of the rapid development of related technologies. As the core technology of the Internet of things, RFID has become a new technology with the most potential development. With the rapid increase of people’s demand for location information and location services, a lot of applications require more detailed and accurate positioning information, and the traditional GPS outdoor positioning technology can not meet the needs of the application. In recent years, indoor positioning technology has attracted the attention of researchers, and RFID technology has many advantages such as non-contact, multi objective, non line of sight, fast recognition speed and high efficiency, which has become the focus of domestic and international research. In this thesis, we study the use of RFID technology in combination with modern computer information management technology, design and development of personnel management system, through the RFID reader in the enterprise recognition, thus employees in the real-time monitoring of location information. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) Analysis the problems existing in the traditional indoor GPS positioning technology. According to the importance of the modern enterprise management staff real-time location, clarifies the research based on the application of RFID positioning of personnel management system for enterprise management. In addition, the domestic and foreign research status of RFID technology is summarized.(2) Introduce the composition, the working principle, the application field and the location algorithm of RFID system, and the theoretical knowledge of the two aspects of automaton is analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following system analysis, design and accuracy verification.(3) Due to the problem of RSSI value anomaly in the process of RFID sampling signal transmission, a RSSI weighted centroid localization algorithm based on density clustering is proposed, which use the OPTICS algorithm to eliminate the outliers in the RSSI collection and use the weighted centroid algorithm to achieve RFID tags in the location of the tag. Development and testing of personnel positioning system based on RFID technology. From system architecture design to divide the system into three subsystems: RFID middleware, location information management, staff management, and the use of oriented object technology of UML model to describe the system demand analysis and the design. The part of system test includes the function test of the upper application system and the reading and writing test and the security testing of the equipment label in the subsystem of the RFID positioning middleware.(4) Using the modeling tools of UPPAAL to model the four core modules of the system in the tag, reader, processor and the backstage database and from the system activity, safety and accurate positioning aspects was verified. The experimental results show that: the system meets the needs of the above three aspects.
