Design And Implementation Of Gold Mining Integrated Business Platform

With the continuous development of information technology, integrated office business informatization has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. Through information technology, we can do various office businesses and efficiently make full use of information resources. Furthermore, it helps to improve the production efficiency and quality of work, make decisions, and promote enterprise standardization and institutionalization, which can reduce cost but increase benefit with the improvement of management.This article is based on the integrated office business platform of a gold mining company. Firstly it will elaborate the background and significance of the project. Through researching the condition of integrated office information system at home and abroad, analyzing the development trend. Secondly it will analyze demands of the system and establish its function modules. The system consists of four main parts: production management subsystem, information sharing and decision support, collaborative office subsystem and interconnection with the group. On the basis of the requirements analysis, overall design is carried out, and this system adopts B/S architecture and Struts+Spring+Hibernate framework combination as well as the Java programming language. The paper focuses on the work I have done:including the database design of production management subsystem, and the design and implementation of management of purchased mine module and security inspection module, daily reports, plans module and summary table module. In the paper, through showing the relevant functional interfaces make the system more intuitive presented to the reader. Then it will introduce the test condition of the system, and finally it will summarize the thesis.Having passed the user acceptance testing, the system has been used on-line within the company. It has been running with stability andabnormal phenomena never emerge. Lots of positive feedbacks from users have also vigorously impelled the company’s work.
