P2P & LBS Technology-based Mobile Police System Design

With the popularity of mobile network and mobile phone communication software, especially 3G and 4G era has arrived, voice communication, short message communication service of traditional mobile phone Internet communication has been gradually replaced. In the face of increasingly severe growth of information explosion, the public security organs everyday policing by the tremendous impact. "Traditional policing mode is inefficient, tedious, lag" has been unable to meet the demand of the public security service for the masses. Therefore, a high integrated, high performance, high efficient policing office carrier is very important. This paper through the careful study of Peer to Peer and Location Based technology, to build a set of office, early warning, publicity, control and monitoring in one of police mobile application system. In order to change the traditional ideas, breaking the traditional mode, exercise extends the traditional range better on social supervision function, propaganda and prevention information, crime.This paper mainly through the use of JAVA, C++ and assembly language, through a distributed hash table(DHT) technology and Internet distribution principle, the mobile phone communication port through the mobile network and the wireless network to the Internet server port, to build the mobile police new comprehensive application system.The establishment of the system greatly simplifies the masses for the business process, only in the mobile phone terminal to fill in the data can achieve to apply to the field function, at the same time through the mobile phone payment function, transparency and safety management to realize financial. Secondly, because the system uses the LBS positioning technology, emergency response time shorter than half time alarm. Finally, the introduction of electronic policing reduces the public security organs handling cost.
