As the mobile products such as the mobile phones,PDA,laptop and so on,are universally used, and 3G network environment has become mature day by day, it has been used to store pictures, music, documents and other resources in the mobile device so that it can be viewed readily. These mobile devices can form a huge and valuable resource information base which will help people to share resources in the wireless network. As the P2P technology in the fixed network resource sharing achieved great success, therefore people start to solve the problems related to the mobile service and the wireless network with the P2P technology, then a new research area, the mobile P2P the network (MP2P) emerged.The purpose of this paper is to make these resources are efficiently used by sharing resources on mobile devices with P2P technology.But because the mobile network has kinds of its own problems, like unstability of the network topology caused by the migration of the mobile products, limited resourses and hardware ability, the narrow motion network band width, as well as its unstablity and so on, which makes the combination of the wireless network and P2P techniques facing many problems, need to do further research about all of the sharing resources on mobile devices with P2P technology.By the further research about the P2P networks for the fixed network topology and existing mobile P2P network model,this paper presents a tree structure of sub-regional wireless P2P networks. All regionS through use the super-nodes in each region to achieve different levels of management for the purpose of increasing the scalability of network. By the further research and analyze the key technologies, the resources localization algorithm and the resources gain route in the P2P system. The article proposed a new kind mobile P2P network resource localization and the gain model, mainly indicated one kind of K fork belt power search tree's resources localization algorithm and in the resources gain process based on the K fork belt power tree structure load stabilization algorithm. Based on the P2P network, this model bring into the K fork belt power tree structure to locate and gain the resources, simplifies the mutual connection between various nodes, hence reduces the load of various nodes. Thus it solves the operation problems which brings by its own hardware ability, and enhances the ability of the network. The K fork belt power proposed by the article, sets up the P2P model, because the weight decision method is different, causes the resources the localization and the gain route separates, thus has solved the limitation which bringed by wireless questions and net's instability as well as narrow band width for resources localization and gain.The test indicated that, the resources localization algorithm proposed on the article, which is in the P2P network model, has largely enhanced the resources search efficiency of the wireless network.The advantages of The tree structure is used into resources location and acquisition Effectively. Taken this load balancing algorithm makes the average download time of wireless network resources shorter,and it also implementsf the load balancing of wireless network resources download.
