In the process of transformation of the industrial economy to a knowledge economy, the knowledge in economic development and the creation of value share is rising. For underwear industry, the rapid pace of development in recent years and the increasing consumer demand for enterprise technology innovation has put forward higher requirements. Through the investigation in underwear enterprise, I found that enterprise accumulated a large amount of the product and technical experience, but lack of a reasonable management mode, making no effective reuse of knowledge. Thus causing a lot of repeated work and waste of resources, seriously affect the enterprise’s production cycle. Therefore, using ideas and methods of knowledge management to manage the bra product knowledge are necessary measures to optimize resources and enhance the core competitiveness. This paper combined with a research project of my school: underwear knowledge management system, aimed at resolving the problems of knowledge mining and visualization in bra product knowledge reuse. My paper includes the following research work:(1) Through in-depth investigation to the underwear enterprise and interview the related experts, the status of design and production of bra product and many existing problems about knowledge were found. Such as, the dispersion of knowledge resources and low efficiency of knowledge reuse. Clearly understand the purpose and significance of the use of knowledge mining and visualization techniques in bra product knowledge reuse.(2) Doing analysis and research on the theory and technical issues related to the paper. Mainly about reviewing the research status, summarizing the concept, theory and general process of knowledge reuse, knowledge representation, knowledge mining, knowledge visualization, comparing and analyzing their methods, so as to choose the proper knowledge mining method and the way of knowledge visualization in bra product knowledge, all of which provide theoretical and technical support to this paper.(3) Doing detailed analysis on knowledge classification of bra product. In the ease of knowledge reuse, based on the characteristics of bra product, using the idea of multi-dimensional classification to classified bra product constitute knowledge. Using the method of ontology to represented the classification model. Then, use Protégé to construct domain ontology model.(4) Research on knowledge mining approach of bra product. Define the demand of bra product knowledge mining. Proposed Apriori association rules mining of algorithm based on ontology, and using it in the bra craft knowledge. With this algorithm mining typical operation sequence, not only improves the efficiency of scheduling, but also affords a basis for knowledge reuse.(5) Study of the method of visual representation during bra product knowledge mining. Aimed at different objects in knowledge mining process, namely knowledge sources, the mining process, the results of the mining, select corresponding method. For example, for the knowledge sources, doing tree and mesh visualization rendering with XMind and Personal Brain, which indicates the correlation among the knowledge.(6) Through a software engineering perspective, study the realization of the knowledge mining and visualization method. Based on ontology knowledge base, in view of actual demand to design the bra product knowledge management system. The system is primarily divided into five modules, using development tools, such as Delphi and Microsoft SQL Server, implement the archetype system of multi-angle entry, multimode knowledge retrieval and the archetype of the knowledge mining process. With good ability of customizable and extensible can satisfy the system problem solving ability.Knowledge mining extracted and integrated the bra product knowledge before reusing, enhancing the relevance among the knowledge. Knowledge visualization techniques introduced in the mining process can not merely make more intuitive knowledge mining presented to the user, what is more improve the efficiency of mining. In this paper, these two techniques are used in bra product knowledge, and set up a solid foundation for knowledge reuse. Meanwhile in practical applications, to predigest repeated works, thereby shortening the cyclicality, enhance the technological innovation capability, bring forth new ideas.
