| The development of computer technology and the improvingly abundant database of Sci-Tech literature come to be of more and more importance in our tracking study of each subject, with which we are able to be aware of the evolution of the knowledge of a certain subject and also its laws of development as well as the popular issues of each subject. Some foreign scientific metrology softwares such as Bibexcel,Wordsmith Tools,SPSS are of great function. And so are some network analysis softwares such as Ucinet,Netdraw,Pajek,CiteSpace. But without exception, the data they process is from Web of Science. Facing Chinese literature database, they are in vain, and to make them available some extra efforts have to be made.In this dissertation, the author manages to design a visualized software system, on which the data in Chinese literature database (such as CNKI,CSSCI,CQVIP) can be processed directly. Thus, accordingly, measuring knowledge becomes accessible. Using windows menus and modules as its operating forms, the system is easy to operate. Four modules work in series to illustrate an open-and-shut finding. Definitely speaking, the four steps is bellowing:1,searching for data 2,data processing 3,knowledge measuring 4,data analyzing and visualizing.Both subjective and objective aspects of knowledge are paid attention to in this system. A thorough analysis is made in every phase of the knowledge system. In knowledge unit, the frequency and the weight are measured; in knowledge chain, the co-occurrence and the correlation are measured; in knowledge network, the degree,the betweenness,the cohesiveness and the shortest path are measured.
