Analysis And Design Of Enterprise Decision Station In The Open Enviroment

As a kind of computer system for enterprises , Decision Support System (DSS) mainly affords assistant decision support functions for complicated corporation problems. The network technology is developing rapidly and the process of global economic integration is accelerating, which make both the internal and external situations of enterprises change enormously .The information environment of enterprises is more open and the decision environment that enterprises face is more complicated . In this case the traditional DSS meets great challenges. Modern enterprises require DSS to be intelligent,distributed and supporting more wide field ,strong functions,flexible support and easy maintaining . In order to meet the decision support demands of modern enterprises , this paper has carried on deep research in Rustam's decision station theory ,and describes it's service-oriented function model. Combining the Web-Services technology, this paper puts forward the realization model of decision station on the basis of Web–Services technology. Traditional DSS mainly offers the support function for such decision stages as problem analysis,scheme producing and optimizing , scheme choice ,etc. On the basis of tradition DSS ,decision station realizes offering the strong support function for problem finding and scheme implementing stages through using sensor agent and effector agent. Through the application of artificial intelligence and agent technologies sensor agent and effector agent modules have lightenned the decision maker's burden greatly. To make the decision station possess the characteristics of better distributed , loose coupling , networked , intelligent and easy integratation , Composite Computer Model (CCM) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) are introduced. Under the opening enviroment , through enterprise's database accessing and business processes encapsulation, mutually operation and integration among enterprise's information systems are realized . Decision station is a dynamic system, which realizes decision support function with Web Services'dynamic creation and integration , thus possess the morden enterprises'requirements. On the foundation of analysing modern enterprise's requirements and traditional decision support technologies, this paper describes the function model of decision station. Through the introduction of Service-Oriented Architecture and Web-Services technologies, it constructs decision station's service-oriented realization model and provides the station platform decision and realization of a simple enterprise decision about salary system decision.
