| E-commerce is a new industry which has become important factor of promoting economic increase and life level. E-commerce brings great convenience to normal life, simplifies company business process, reduces operation cost, expands income resource and optimizes communication between partners. Efficient and reliable logistics is the key factor and cost advantage guarantee of E-commerce enterprise. Therefore, as the important income resource, logistics gains more social approval degree and plays an important role in economic development and social progress. Internet can briefly manage information flow, financial flow and business flow except for logistics. Delivering demand product to certain place in required time with lower cost is the important part of logistics, and promoting management efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, reducing management cost and improving customer satisfaction are challenges of logistics.This paper analyzes basic theories of logistics information system construction under E-commerce environment and system’s demand, business process and data process, designs 5 modules which include customer management, order management, scheduling management, monitor management and system management, adopts modified genetic algorithm to optimize the path, uses RFID, Internet technology, Web technology, network security technology, electronic office and GPS to form a closed loop system composed of order processing, vehicle selection, path selection, vehicle on the way monitored and customer evaluation and finally provides system implementation scheme. To achieve these logistics capabilities, we need to enhance logistics information system construction and adopt advanced information technology to construct the logistics system to improve company competitiveness, and perfect logistics system can improve service level of company, satisfy customer requirement, reduce company cost and provide help to better logistics industry. |
