| Bidding originated in Britain with a history of more than two centuries. It was introduced into China during the Reform and Opening. It was not long when bidding was applied widely in China’s power grid enterprises, but considerable progress has been made. As a core part of the bidding, however, there are still some problems that may affect the entire bidding in bid evaluation. The issue analyzes and studies the current bidding activities and evaluation methods, putting forward a new evaluation model for the power grid enterprises with several important aspects, including the establishment of evaluation index system, weight of evaluation index and composite score evaluation.The issue is based on the theory study. Combined with the theory and methods of the evaluation model, this paper designs the evaluation function of bidding management system for power grid enterprise. The development of system is built on the framework of Struts+Hibernate+Spring, and jQuery EasyUI toolkit is chosen for the front-end’s design and implement in order to improve the browser compatibility.As a result, the system can run on different browser smoothly, and the cost of maintenance can be saved. Oracle database with its sophisticated database technology is used to cope with the huge amount of business data in power grid enterprises, to provide a stable support for the safe operation of the system, meanwhile, improving the security of the system.The issue starts with the research on the entire process of bidding in the power grid enterprises to solve the problems of the evaluation, trying to make the evaluation process more standardized and scientific. It is able to ensure the smooth progress of the whole evaluation process and to prevent illegal behavior occuring to a certain extent. As a result, the overall strength and international competitiveness of the power grid enterprises can be effectively improved. |
