In recent years, in order to satisfy the individual needs of the community and readers, library has never stopped the pace of innovation, huge changes occurred in the library. With the” Smart Earth” concept, Smart came into the library. Smart Library is the library in order to correspond the inevitable trend of social progress, is a new phase of the library. Smart Library with Internet of Things, Cloud Computing and other high-tech support, make use of smart devices, to achieve the dynamic connection between books and book, books and people, people and people, allowing users to experience a new smart service. Smart Library’s knowledge service is different from traditional one, it has draw a lots of attention.This paper mainly use literature research, comparative analysis and induction method to do the research. The article is divided into six parts: One, the introduction describes the background and significance, a review of researches, research ideas and innovations; Two, do the Smart Library overview, introduces the origins of the Smart Library, features; Three, analyze the Smart Library’s knowledge through concepts, the nature, propose the Smart Library knowledge service framework based on common mental models; Four, analyze and summarize the Smart Library service model; Five, elaborated Smart Library knowledge service model’s support system; Six, Conclusion, the article summarizes.After the study, due to the vigorous development of digital technology, people can acquire knowledge through many ways, library has gradually been forgotten, in order to change to change their status and to keep up with the pace of the times, they have to change their traditional service model, update existing knowledge service model, try to meet the needs of users, let library stand on the top field of the knowledge services. In Smart Library, users rights is the most important, in the process of help users, they expected to reach a common mind with each other, collaboration and learning, enhance their mental together, ultimately, help users solve the problem.
