In this thesis, temperature, pressure was difficult to accurately control, field monitoring environment complicated and difficult to isostatic equipment based on in-depth analysis of the characteristics of HIP, security control and temperature, pressure curve control for a detailed study. The entire system based on control structure was divided into three layers: on-site implementation control layer, centralized process monitoring layer, remote monitoring layer. Site implementation control layer was completed on-site data collection and processing by the PLC, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, inverter, motor, and through the terminal Delta DOP-B interactive interface for field monitoring. Centralized monitoring process layer monitoring program written by the configuration software production process to achieve centralized monitoring. On the basis of the above two layers, based on the use of Web technology and draw fully integrated automation design Mitsubishi PLC through an open source scripting language JSP, Tomcat server, MySQL database server such as the development of software designed to manage remote monitoring service layer. These three together combine to build a set of remote monitoring and on-site monitoring as one of the advanced industrial monitoring network.Temperature and pressure were the most critical parameters affecting the production system products, traditional control methods was difficult to achieve a stable temperature control, the paper industry preclude the use of the technology was mature fuzzy control technology to reduce the upper and lower computer traffic to PLC as the fuzzy controller realization of the production line temperature, pressure stability control. According to the overall design of the system, the next bit machine Mitsubishi FX-2N PLC as the core control unit, PC monitoring software uses sophisticated industrial automation configuration software DOP Soft, thereby performing portfolio development.In this thesis, isostatic equipment as the main object of study, in-depth analysis of isostatic near net shape process on the curve of the temperature control and pressure control conducted exploratory research developed on the basis of far-site monitoring mature control end management. The main contents were fllows:1.Studied in detail, such as near-net shape HIP process, and according to the different characteristics of each stage of the relevant safety chain exploration.2. A detailed study of a highly reliable control system structure, so that it can meet the requirements of high-proof harsh environment field.3. Pressure curve control study characteristics of different stages and the development of the corresponding PLC program, making the process flexible and can be precisely controlled.4. Study-based remote control of Internet-related technologies, and field data collection through the transmission of control information to achieve a live analog data in real-time remote viewing and user real-time control of field devices.
