Abstract/Summary:
Automation are realized from broken coal gangue mixing, brick moulding, brick cutting, brick stacking to brick calcination at The brick and tile industry. Now an automation equipment for an alternative to human brick unloading are an urgent need. In view of the factors mentioned above, it is very necessary to study and develop the visual intelligent automatic setting machine unloading bricks. The visual intelligent automatic unloading bricks can participate in the visual system, takes into consideration the use of the image in image system design and choose appropriate CCD cameras and frame grabbers to design the visual image processing systems for the visual intelligent automatic unloading system.The key of the visual intelligent automatic unloading is to be capable of distinguishing the distance between the bricks. The overall design of brick image processing module in the thesis is divided into three parts: block image preprocessing module, as well as the brick pattern recognition and the coordinate calculations of the bricks’ edge. In the Brick image pre-processing, different preprocessing algorithm are adopted to compare, suitable pretreatment methods are adopted to get the ideal brick image. And then the obtained brick images was examined by the brick edges and extract the brick edge line. The thesis, based on different image edge detection algorithm obtains different effect and optimal algorithms. The feature matching algorithm are used to identify, eliminate gross error point and fit the brick edge line. By detecting the brick edge coordinates, the gap between the bricks is calculated. The program of brick image-processing system of the thesis is written based on VC++6.0. In the study, the image processing modules of the visual intelligent automatic unloading is realized. After repeated trials, the actual effect is remarkable.
