Research On Edge Detection Method Of Brick Image Based On Wavelet Transformation

Visual intelligent automatic unloading brick machine participates in the visual system.Usage factors of the enterprise are taken into account in the design of brick image system.The designer chooses the appropriate CCD camera and brick Image Grab Card and design bricks image processing system of visual intelligent automatic brick machine unloading system.This topic is based on visual intelligent automatic unloading brick machine.The research is based on edge detection algorithm for bricks in the bricks image processing system of visual intelligent automatic brick machine unloading system.In the case of lack of sunlight,pictures collected get dimmed.So the brightness of bricks picture can be set up constancy.But the phenomenon that the pictures of bricks is fuzzy is serious.The brick image contains a lot of high frequency noise.Based on this phenomenon,the researcher will make further research on edge detection algorithm for bricks.The key of brick image edge detection is to be able to distinguish the edges of the bricks.In this research,the design of the edge detection of the wall brick image is divided into two parts: one is the classic edge detection algorithm of the wall brick image and experiment;the other is the converting edge detection algorithm of the wall brick image based on B-Spline wavelet and experiment.In the classic edge detection algorithm of the wall brick image,the researcher adopts different classical edge detection algorithm for experiments.Under the condition of lack of sunlight like in the evening or rainy weather,brick image contains a lot of high frequency noise,therefore,the edge of some bricks can not be detected.The edge detection algorithm of the wall brick image based on B_Spline wavelet is superior to the classic edge detection algorithm in the aspects of accuracy and continuity of the edge location.In the light of the experiment,we can see that the experiment effect is remarkable.The converting edge detection method of the wall brick image based on B-Spline wavelet improves not only the anti-noise capability but also the accuracy of detection edge.
