Operation Scheme For "Youfenglai" WeChat Subscriptions Account

Take the opportunity of my summer internship last year, I participated in the early design of "youfenglai" WeChat subscriptions account which is affiliated to Department of Culture news, Zhejiang Daily."youfenglai" was defined as literary and artistic subscriptions account, and launched on August 13,2014. Due to the lack of operating experience and operation scheme, "youfenglai" did not achieve the desired results in the beginning. So, to enrich methods of operation and form a workable operation scheme should be top priority.In order to improve the credibility and feasibility of the operation scheme, I interviewed several WeChat users and did a text analysis of similar subscriptions account before writing operation scheme. This process is presented in the first part of the body.The second part of the body is a complete presentation of the operation scheme. Based on the first part, it translates to theoretical analysis for actionable approaches. This part covers content production, platform structures, presentation design, marketing strategy, staffing, assessment which are operable and detailed. In addition, it provides a new profit model for "youfenglai".The operation scheme has been implemented for several weeks, with some success. And along with the development of WeChat public platform and future changes, the operation scheme will be adjusted.
