In recent years, tourism message file, which belongs to tourism file, has become one of the most popular archives throughout the world. It has wined lots of attention of scholars because of its rich contents and great help in the tourism industry. While after the achievement of the Sea Temple archives, which is sited in Italy, the rest of the world’s archives have to imitate the pattern of Sea temple archives, as the result there emerge a number of similar archives. But in China, tourism message files is not quite as popular as abroad, and it even didn’t get the attention to some extent. Accordingly, I hope that this paper will be helpful to the progress of tourism message file in China.This paper summarizes the background of the establishment of tourism message file which explanation its present situation, and elucidates the conception of tourism message files. Then this study has a research on research method and basic theories. These basic theories consist of the main part of this paper:1, the necessity of tourism message records-It is necessary to the establishment of the tourism message files as they would meet the need of the development of tourism industry and archive science.2, the feasibility of tourism message records-indispensable the progress of archives, the situation of infrastructure, finance, professionals, technology and environment are available to the establishment of the tourism message records.3, the problems of travel note records-the lack of regulations and file awareness, poor cooperation of sections and faint publicity are the key issue.4, the measurements of the problems of travel note records-there are plenty of method to solve these problems, such as formulate related policies and regulations, strengthen archives diet and etc.The main part of this paper tries to solve the problems, which have appeared in the establishment work.The analyses of the establishment work of the tourism message records in this thesis were written from the theories of archives science and tourism management. Overall, after enormous efforts, the author hopes that the research proposal will contribute to the development of the tourism message files.
