In recent years, with the advent of technology and the increasingly fiercemarket competition, the product feature from different sellers become more andmore similar.The similar products makes businesses pay more attention to obtain andmanage customer resources.Now,almost all of the internet companies have their ownCRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage customerresources,which will help them to sale more advertising products.Because of thehuge number of customer resources, shorting the sales cycle-time, improving theefficiency of sales, standardizing the sales process have been brought to theforefront.From the concept of CRM sales process management, this paper analyzes thekey technology of system. Then proposes a CRM sales process managementsubsystem solutions.The scheme of the system could be divided into five modules:business opportunity management, business opportunity allocation management,sales order management, sales report management, workflow management. Thispaper presents detailed description of design and implement about these modules.The CRM sales process management subsystem involved in this paper generatesaccess paths automatically using ant colony algorithm.This allocation method ismuch more effective than manual allocation. On the process control problem, thissystem uses the Activiti workflow technology to decouple the business logic and theprocess logic.This makes different operators deploying their own sales process in thesame system.This system’s architecture is based on J2EE framework to obtain highmaintainability and high scalability.The system is using in marketing department of baidu (China) co.Ltd to solvethe problems of saling.It not only effectively helps the company to manage salesstaff and sales activities, also reduces the average cost of sales.It has certain guidingsignificance to the company’s sales work.
