Nowadays the construction of the management system formonitoring、controlling and maintenance of the factory equipment isfor three purposes. First,to increase the share efforts of the spareresources with the help of information network platform,which makesthe management of factory equipent status real time.Second, tooptimize the equipments management mode,which has changed theequipment management mode which is lack of coordination betweenequipments, island running,it also makes easily to concentrate themaintance team and the maintence duty, facilitates the share ofhuman resource and technology.Thirdly,to change the reactivemaintence to predictive maintence,which is for predicting theoperation status and factory maintenance decision according to thepast operation parameters of the equipments.Now through the implementation of the project, we havecompleted the infrastructure construction such as network equipment,server room, video surveillance system, voice intercom system.whichensuresThe basic structure of the system in the aspect of thehardware facilities.In the aspect of software, we have completed the equipmentoperation and maintance information management module,point topoint check comprehensive data management module, equipmentoperation predict analysis module, the remote diagnosis module for equipment equipment failure, the module for centralized monitoringthe equipment operation status and the module for centralizedmonitor the equipment security status,which has basicly achievedthe goals for making management of factory equipent status real time,facilitating the share of human resource and technology, predictingequipment failure. Among these goals,predicting equipment failure isthe developing direction in equipment monitoring system in domesticand abroad.Because of the remote area, complex technology, somany equipments and nodes of this project, increasing number of thedata and the possibility of judgeing deviation is the main difficulty andresearch direction.For just single equipment, we not only real-timemonitor the equipment status parameters, but also analyse the dataobserved by the corresponse mathmatic method.we make personalequopment maintence plan which really make us take pre-actionbefore risk happenes.
