Satellite Ground Receiving System(SGRS)achieves the maximum range of the satellite data receiving coverage by way of the establishment of multiple receiving stations networking site.The capacity for remotely monitoring the state of SGRS is indispensable in ground Operation and Control System.Status Monitoring Software(SMS)in SGRS by receiving and analyzing the system information from Monition and Management Subsystem in SGRS gets working states of SGRS and displays in list and graphic.While capturing the abnormal state,SMS alarms promptly.SMS may also remotely control the equipment in SGRS by way of the macro command to set operating parameters while task requirement is received.With the rapid development of aerospace applications in recent years,and the constant upgrading and expansion of receiving capacity,stale interface becomes a huge obstacle to update and uphold SMS.Therefore,how to establish a high scalability and compatibility of Status Monitoring Software in SGRS has become a key subject of this study.This paper describes the design and implementation of an XML-based technology for remote status monitoring software in Satellite Ground Receiving System.Firstly,the current situation of SMS in SGRS and application of XML technology is introduced,the disadvantages of SMS in expansion and improvement is emphasized and the software requirements of SMS is analyzed.Then on this basis,the architecture design and function modules analysis are presented.Moreover,the status information interface base on XML language and tables of database is designed,the design and implementation of each function modules based on C#.NET are described in details by given class diagram,program flow diagram and user interface figure.Next,the software testing and engineering applications of each function modules in SMS.When the expansion and improvement of SMS,the XML document is need to be modified instead of software.Meanwhile,the display elements in monitoring figure is described by XML document.Based on the XML document,SMS generates monitoring figure.User can change elements in XML according to display requiremenst.Last,the improvement points of design and implementation of remote status monitoring software and the directions of research in the future are lied out.
