The Application Research Of The Rural Credit Cooperatives’s Remote Centralized Authorization System

Authorization is an operating step in banks that the risky business can be handledsuccessfully only after being authorized once or more by the full-time authorizedpersonnel. In recent years, our country is providing more and more support foragriculture, and the business of rural credit cooperatives have made considerableprogress with the rapid development of domestic economy. However, with theincrease in operation category and the scale of business,and the amount of transactiongrowing, the business which needs to be authorized by the tellers of rural creditcooperatives also develop rapidly. In this case,Some problems become increasinglyprominent,including the development of business mismatching counter business’processing speed and the authorization efficiency being inconsistent with humanresources.Therefore, it’s crucial for the qualified, efficient, sustainable developmentof rural credit cooperatives to create a set of authorization system that is fullyfunctional and suitable for the development of rural credit cooperatives.This paper takes TCP/IP as the core technology to establi sh a networkapplication environment, the application side and the authorization terminal use C/Sarchitecture. Meanwhile, WEB information management uses B/S structure.By usingthe object-oriented software engineering method, FIFO queue mechanism and DESencryption technology,this paper safely handle image and video files. According tothe above-metioned research, this paper analyzes the demand for remote offsitecentralized authorization system, and then turns the system demand into the functionof the system. In the C/S framework, this paper uses C, C++Builder language todesign，implement the system logic and network architecture. Based on the overalldesign of the system, this paper takes the remote offsite centralized authorizationsystem as test box, aiming to develop a authorization system that can support twolicensing modes and has authorization management, user management, businessmanagement, data statistics, query management function.This system is combined with rural credit cooperatives’ business characteristics,and in strict accordance to development process of software system.It plans differentfunctional modules and user interface for business sector, authorization center departments and system administrators. It could ont only bring more c onveniences inthe usage,but also implement supervision in the event and subsequent supervision,improve risk prevention and control capabilities, provide convenience for staffperformance appraisal, and finally improve management capacity of rural creditcooperatives.
