A Research On Design And Application Of Financing Risk Management System Of Urban Infrastructure Construction

Urban infrastructure is an important element of national economy and socialdevelopment. Nevertheless, urban infrastructure financing is featured withcomplicated structure, multiple participants and etc. It is because of presence of suchcharacteristics that urban infrastructure financing risk management emerges.In the field of software engineering, risk management in urban infrastructureindustry basically focuses on operational process and methodology. However, actualmanagement tools that fully build upon operational process and methodology still donot exist. Currently, most financing risk management tools, such as various types ofrisk analysis tools and risk consulting&communication platform, are not widely used.Even some well-functioned risk management tools have defects of communication.Relatively speaking, there is not much study of comprehensive risk managementsystem. Practice of urban infrastructure financing management system design shouldconsider actual situation. We cannot process risk management purely base on one risklist. Instead, we should take into account logic connection between different types ofdata and deal differently with various types of data. Additionally, the cityinfrastructure construction financing risk management process is organized whichdemands an ordered risk communication channel within the urban infrastructuredevelopment team. Besides, the whole system should accumulate risk managementexperiences in order to improve risk management capability. Hence, it is necessary todevelop risk management software which is based on risk data base and WEBdistribution so that risk can be fully managed in the financing processBased on previous researches and investigations, this paper is aimed at designingan urban infrastructure financing risk management system working with appropriatefinancing risk management methodology and tool in order to achieve computerizedrisk management process.
