Design And Actualization Of Shuangliu’s Infrastructure Construction Project Management

With the economic development, in recent years urban construction is go award. Although the development of the western in China cannot keep up with the east, since the policy of the western development strategy was proposed anything is not same with the old. Now the development of the Western is in a state of rapid development, especially in Chengdu, Sichuan province. Urban construction is consists of many things, which includes infrastructure. In order to complete these buildings, a large amount of human and materials will be put in this activity. One without others cannot finish this work. It must attract many companies or investors. And if we want finish this work, only relies on human is not impossible, we should take use of the high technology to finish the project management. The rapid development of computer technology in Internet project management provides a new way to complete the management of these projects. In recent years, the use of e-government system and performance management system is a successful case.In this thesis, the main purpose is making use of software technology to propose an infrastructure construction project management in order to manage the infrastructure in Shuangliu. Firstly, according to the Tianfu New facility construction project, we should know the process of managing project. And then based on the process, we can design a program of the project management system. This system realizes with the B/S mode to improve facilities project management. And it combines with all the participants. This system includes some functions, such as the project information management, task management and so on. It also designs some roles, so users can use various functions.In this thesis, we analyze the process of the project, which includes a detailed analysis of the structure and operations. First, in accordance with the requirements of the facilities project management, we design the system in a summary. During these procedures, we get the various functional modules. Then based on some similar system, we design the system in detail. Finally, we realize the system and test it with its functions and performances. At the end, we conclude the system’s defects and discuss the improvement plan.
