The civil explosive industry is a basic industry of china industrial system, also an importantcomponents of economic society. Civil explosive products are widely used in the nationaleconomy, such as coal, mining and metallurgy, building materials, mining, machinery processing,hydropower projects, rural infrastructure and urban development and national defenseconstruction, etc. With the development of the national economy, the demands of explosiveproducts has continued to increase. However in recent years, civil explosives also highlights thegrowing number of security issues in production process. people from the industry managementdepartment to all manufacturers are increasingly aware that we should also strengthen the safetymanagement of the production site in addition to continuously strengthen the R&D technologyupgrades and new technology, new equipment. So It is essential to choose a powerful, secure andreliable access control system.Due to the special security requirements of civil explosive materials production site, themanagement of explosive materials production site is very different from general workplace.Therefore, access control system also has its special requirements. General access system can notmeet the management needs of civil explosive production line. In view of this situation, this paperactually developed an barrier-free access control systems which is suitable for Civil Explosivesmanufacturer.Firstly, the research status and development trend of domestic of access control systems arereviewed. On this basis, according to the needs of the access control system managementfunctions and the particularity of the site safety management in the civil explosive products field,we propose a set of design that is based on RFID technology, integrating of radio frequency ICcard, infrared detection, video monitoring and other field test data in the barrier-free access. Theoverall architecture uses a way of distributed, multi-mode and multi-layer management.Secondly, the hardware of intelligent access control system has been selected and designed.The hardware is modular in design. Card reader module development is based on RF reader chipImpinj R2000and antenna design have been studied. Infrared detection module uses a way ofvariable frequency infrared radio to check the number of personnel, anti-tail, anti-dive into.Intelligent I/O modules is based on STC15F2K60S2, and is responsible for two pairs of infraredlights, card reader lights and sound and light alarm. Finally, the IC card reader/writer process andcommunications is studied.Then, the intelligent access control management software system has been developed. The development of access control management system is based on C#.NET platform and C#Programming, combining with SQL Sever2008database to do related data operations. Softwarecore architecture uses C+B/S combination mode that is browser management, client daemonautomatic processing and the server control mode.Finally, each module of intelligent access control system was operated and analyzed, andcareful system functional testing and performance testing has been done.After repeated testing and trial, the system is reliable and stable, and has good compatibility,scalability, tamper-proof capabilities. The system can effectively prevent the phenomenon of stafftrailing, credit card violations and a multi-purpose card, realizing to limit personnel access controlin the explosive hazardous work area, providing a certain reference for the future development ofintelligent access control system in hazardous areas.
