In recent years,the civil explosion industry has accelerated the pace of technological transformation of production,and the civil explosion products have basically realized continuous,automatic and intelligent production.However,due to frequent technical transformation of the production line,it also brings difficulties to spare parts management of various production enterprises:on the one hand,spare parts inventory cost and procurement cost remain high,and spare parts backlog is serious;On the other hand,equipment failure often caused by the lack of spare parts maintenance work interruption,it can be seen that the current enterprise spare parts also lack of scientific and reasonable management means.How to optimize the inventory structure of spare parts,reduce the occupation of inventory funds and improve the market competitiveness under the guarantee of a certain level of maintenance service is a subject faced by civil explosive enterprises.Liuzhou WQ company is a key enterprise designated by the state to produce civil explosives.It has been 60 years since its establishment and produces nearly 60,000 tons of civil explosives annually.After 2015,the company completed the technical transformation of each production line,and was also faced with the problem of spare parts management commonly existing in the civil explosion industry.This paper takes liuzhou WQ company as an example to carry out research on optimization of spare parts management system,so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the scientific management of spare parts in civil explosive enterprises.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)analyzed the characteristics of the equipment and spare parts of civil explosive enterprises and the existing problems in the current management,combined with the characteristics of the equipment and spare parts of civil explosive enterprises,classified the used spare parts of the company,and defined the key points of control.(2)for the random demand spare parts,a bayesian prediction model was established and an example was analyzed.MATLAB software was used to solve the short-term and medium-term demand bayesian model of spare parts,and the bayesian method was verified to be applicable to the prediction of spare parts inventory demand of civil explosive enterprises.(3)on the basis of demand forecasting,differentiated inventory control methods are adopted for different types of spare parts,such as defined spare parts,fast flow type A,fast flow type B and C,slow flow type 1 and slow flow type 2,to improve spare parts turnover rate and reduce spare parts inventory.(4)the application of the MySQL database software,the Java development language,the Eclipse to develop software system development tools,such as the development of the WQ company spare parts management information system,this system covers WQ company spare parts management process,spare parts procurement plan,spare parts procurement process,spare parts inventory management,realize the computer aided management of spare parts to the company,improve the enterprise's management level and efficiency.Through the above spare parts management optimization work,WQ company's spare parts management has achieved obvious results:according to statistics,from January to September 2018,compared with the same period before the optimization,the company's spare parts inventory increased the capital turnover rate by 24.2%,the working capital occupancy rate of spare parts inventory decreased by 35.7%,and the waiting time for spare parts for equipment maintenance downtime decreased by 54.17%.
