In recent years, along with the Wi-Fi and3G/4G network is becoming more and morepopular, the development of mobile internet application has a trend of explosive. More andmore people are used to access to the internet on mobile devices, and get news andinformation whenever and wherever possible. However, the same application needs todevelop different versions for each mobile platform, because there are various mobile systemson the market. In this paper propose a development solution for mobile application of contentmanagement system, which can be used to each mobile platform. This application isdeveloped based on the technology of HTML5and PhoneGap. This paper mainly illustratesthe achievement from three aspects, which are: mobile application, server and push service.This paper designs a style named Fin for mobile content system, which can achievewonderful interpersonal interaction and user experience for the mobile client. Fin ischaracterized by flat style, responsive design, fluid layout, and relies on the technologies ofHTML5and CSS3. Fin offers multiple theme styles for different platforms. Mobileapplications exchange data with the Server by JSON, a lightweight data format, and useJSONP to enable mobile-side cross-domain access. PhoneGap makes it possible that a webapplication can run on various mobile platforms.The server is designed based on AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming) and realized withJavaEE frameworks and HTML5. The system is well structured and loosely coupled, and theadministrator can manage content for all kinds of devices.The push service for different platforms adopts different push programs. The platform ofiOS uses APNS, and other platforms applies JPush as the server platform to push theinformation. The push policy is based on subject and users. The users can customize their ownfavorite subject, and the server also can get the users’ preferred theme by tracing the users’browsing history, in which case, the server can take the initiative to push information to theuser.
