Design And Implementation On Responsive Web Based On HTML5 And CSS3

Fast pace lifestyle and business contacts at any time makes people abandon traditional personal computers and move to convenient mobile office equipments.There are many differences between all kinds of mobile office equipments and traditional personal computers.However,traditional websites are designed for personal computers in the internet age.The design of such websites cannot adapt to mobile phones or other mobile device interfaces.Not only is the use effect single,but also it is difficult to obtain effective information quickly and accurately on a web page.Traditional web page design methods cannot meet people's daily needs any more.In addition,there are a wide variety of mobile application devices and diversified models,screen sizes,and configurations.In order to achieve the best display performance of a device,a special web page is usually designed according to the display characteristics of the device itself.Therefore,how to make mobile devices display the traditional PC web page resources in a better way and improve the user experience h becomes a current research hotspot.This paper studied the design of a responsive Web based on HTML5 and CSS3.Firstly,this paper details the background of the responsive Web,its related theories and technical foundations.The core idea of responsive Web designs,the process of realizing responsive Web pages and its key technologies are analyzed.Secondly,the paper researches on emerging HTML5 technologies and CSS3 styles which provide technical support for responsive Web design.The core technologies of responsive Web design are discussed in detail,including the design flow of response Web,layout of pages and key technologies of responsive design.Thirdly,a small content management system model is coded by response Web design method.It is applied to a government service center platform on internet.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of response Web and its adaptation environment are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the effectiveness of response Web based on HTML5 and CSS3 is verified through system tests.
