Missile weapons as one of the most important weapons of war, the development of their simulation training platform is very important. For this reason, on the basis of the domestic and foreign laser-guided weapon simulation platform technology, in this paper a HIL simulation test and controlplatform for laser-guided weapons is developed in cooperation with a certain institute. The main work is as follows:(1) First the background and significance of the subject are introduced, the research status and existing problems of the key technical issues involved in the study are researched and analyzed, and this paper describes some of the basic techniques, lists the advantages and innovation of the comprehensive test and control platform.(2)Three external interface systems are designed combined with the needs and system functionality, and on the basis of that, the overall architecture of the system has been designed, the framework for the control logic of the system is developed.(3) Time characteristics of the parts of the system are analyzed separately from the operating system level and the communication process level, a real-time object model of the system is builded, acccording to this model, a single frame of time characteristics of a single transmission data is quantitatively studyed.(4) The development of the drivers of the serial card, fiber optic reflective memory card and the PIC5565under RTX are completed.(5) The software architecture of the system are designed according to the hierarchical method, software modules are designed by using the modularization idea, then diagrams of software flow and data flow are drawn, system functions are analyzed, and the UI and key controls of the software are designed, preparation of related codes are completed, finally the software is tested by using white box and black box technolog.(6) Test cases are desgined and performance experiments of the5-axis swivel table are completed, the results of the experiment are compared and analyzed.By doing the united experiments of four models, the overall performance of the system is analyzed, finally the real-time system are comparative analyzed when the system is in the RTX environment and without RTX environment. The correctness of the system in this paper is demonstrated.The HIL Simulation test and control platform for laser-guided weapons developed in this paper covered more widely than previous equipments, which can test and control all the sub-systems. The target simulator and seeker are combined by the5-axis swivel table, in which way that the system can be united controlled, making the simulation experiments more convenient and efficient. The system also has the advantages of accurate data acquisition, intuitive graphical display, rich error alarm and reversible user operation.It can meet the rigorous demands of military training, taking advantage of the HIL simulation platform.51Figures,10tables and73references.
