This paper introduced a float valve integrated experimental platform which can meet avariety of production test and multiple performance requirements of the float valve in amilitary enterprise. The experimental platform of hydraulic system, electrical system andliquid level control system were introduced in this paper. And the liquid level control systemwere analysised and carried out by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The experiment table is responsible for detection of6kinds of float valve, the6floatvalve were all with different structure, and the required performance indicators’ standards ofeach float valve are not the same. In order to make the test environment close to the useenvironment, the experiment platform using RP-3aviation kerosene as hydraulic transmissionmedium, hence has certain requirements for explosion proof performance for the equipment.The need that the level should reaches a certain height and maintained for a period of time insome of the testing process, a liquid level control system also included in the experimentalplatform to control the fluid level through this part of the test process.In the part of the hydraulic system,6different devices and different test principleare explained during this paper. The design scheme of the comprehensive experimentalplatform was introduced by making the6different schemes in one. The principle, testingprocess and testing methods of the float valve integrated experimental platform are allcompletely explanation in this paper.In the electrical system part, power output, the equipment of the control circuit and sensorwere introduced in this paper. The requirements and selection of the explosion-proof duringthe electric control box designing, electrical components and site layout are introduced andexplained.In the liquid level control system, the mathematical model and the derivation of thetransfer function of the liquid level control system were established in this paper. Theanalysis of the liquid level control system was carried on by using MATLAB/Simulink. Thesystem’s stability, response speed, accuracy and error analysis were analyzed; correction andadjustment were making on the imperfect place, so as to complete the design and analysisof liquid level control system. Through the design, installation and debugging, the float valve comprehensiveexperiment is using in good condition in a large-scale military enterprise at present.Research shows that:1) Comprehensive experiment of float valve station designed to fully meet therequirements of6kinds of valve test function;2) The test bench has the advantages of compact structure, the operation is fast, flexible,fully meet the one device to replace the previous multiple equipment requirements;3) The domestic components selected can completely meet the requirements of fuelenvironment, and the use of more reliable;4) The level control system designed can realize the real-time control of the liquid levelheight, and also can meet the highly maintain a period of time and keep the requirements onthe surface;5) The success of experiment table provided some experiences for future similarexperimental platform development.
