Simulation table always plays the irreplaceable role as the key equipment in the design and test of the inertia navigation guide guidance and control system progress at the aerospace, aerial and nautical domain. The performance of the simulation table directly affects the reliability and confidence degree of the simulation experiment and this is the foundation to guarantee the precision and performance the aerospace and aerial project product.The development progress of the simulation table is introduced and the development trend of the simulation table in our country is forecast. And the research and analysis of the different parts of the simulation table for the big highly precise mechanical-electrical device is thoroughly introduced and the design scheme of the simulation table according to the system indexes is aroused.The simulation table control system uses the classic current-loop, velocity-loop and position-loop control method and the control pieces of every loop is designed by the lead-lap method. The control system position closed loop uses digital PID control algorithms, in this text we get better dynamic performance and steady state precision by set the PID parameters using the BP neural network controller.The controlled system direct control grade uses the industrial control machine and the servo control card working-together scheme. The hardware design of the servo control card is realized on the DSP FPGA and CPLD devices which improve the system integration degree and computation speed and these devices supply the hardware guarantee for the realization of complex algorithms and the realization of position closed-loop on the servo control card. The hardware electrocircuit and the software algorithm for the servo control card is designed. Lots of computer simulation and debugging and adjusting is done.Also in this text the filter scheme of wavelet thresholding method to remove the noise is aroused to solve the noise problem of the absolute angle encoder signal which is the measuring elements for the simulation table. The theoretical bases to realize the wavelet on-line noise reduction in the engineering is supplied by off-line filter and the comparison of the filter effects of different wavelets.
