With the development of the information system,network security has become a hot concern.The general secretary Xi Jinping presided over the meeting of the central network security and information technology leadership team meeting that no network security is no national security,no information would be no modernization,and stressed that the network and information security is one of the wings,the two wheel drive".Informatization construction in strengthening the information service,while managing various attacks,such as,trojan program,spyware,viruses,botnets,and so on.As is known to all,the security of the information system depends on the most weak link in “Maginot Line”,one of the defense systems.If there is no reasonable security system to instruct,it is easy to appear “security deficiency” phenomenon to result in a vulnerable blow to information systems.Nevertheless,making a general survey on the development of information system,it lacks a suitable platform on information system security architecture.Therefore,we need to do a good job in network security and information will have to deal with the relationship between security and development,thus constituted the need for information security.In this paper,with reference to the relevant security standards from The General Requirements on Protecting Information System Security Level,it analyzes the current situation on platform network security,aiming at prefecture level Golden insurance project system.Furthermore,based on the latest security technology and integrated with the actual demand,the paper confirms the design standards in the specific design process,according to the third level of security protection standards.By means of the project design,the paper intends to take a further step to improve the conformance requirements out of the information system security protection standards,to lower or eliminate the risk on information system security as far as possible,to ensure the whole system a higher security protection level to be raised,to provide the beneficial help to the actual Golden Insurance Project construction in prefecture-level city.
