Chao Feng is a famous publisher and lexicography expert on the contemporary.Chao Feng began to work as a publishing editor from the age of 26,not only accumulated a wealth of publishing experience, but also get a great deal of achievements in academic research.Feng Chao’s publishing activities are focused on publishing dictionaries, but his vision is not limited to dictionary published studies, he is also concerned with the development of China’s publishing and publishing reform,also he has a deep research in the relationship between the political economics and the publishing industry.This thesis combing Chao Feng’s major publishing practice and contributions and further analyze and summarize its characteristics.In this thesis, the final chapter discusses the modern significance of the ideas of his publishing, hoping to convey some useful nutrients for the development of contemporary Chinese publishing.The whole thesis consists of three parts:The first part:Combing Chao Feng’s mainly experiences is engaged in the publishing industry for decades,through combing the experience,summmed up his thoughts results and relevant contributions in published economic and dictionaries published.The second part:Summarized Chao Feng’s publish thoughts from the oretical, practical,proactive and critical four aspects,analysis features and value of his publishing thoughts.The third part:Discussed Chao Feng published thoughts on practical signicance. Chao Feng as an important publisher in contemporary China,his publishing practice and publishing thoughts has an important impact on Chinese publishing industry.Studing his publishing activities and thoughts,and ultimately hope to have a positive inspiration for the development of contemporary Chinese publishing industry.
