So we need to design a interactive network learning platform which is no longer restricted by time and area of tradition education. Based on the theory of learning platform and the development of the learning platform stage at present, the paper points out the significance of this topic in the current stage. At the same time it elaborates the use of technology platform, and it puts forward on analysis needs and platform positioning focusing on user demand, the main function module. According to the needs of users, the main function module are homework, autonomous learning, q& a, personal center, exercise, and other functions module. The paper has carried on the detailed elaboration on building system platform and development technology. We can achieve learning platform at each function through designing and implementing the main function module.After the function modules of the implementation platform, we will do tests for each function in detail, and summarize the test results.
