With the rapid development of information technology,the application of Building Information Model is becoming faster and faster.Meanwhile,the structure and architectural appearance of buildings become more and more complex.Therefore, all the partners should efficiently share building information everyday.Since BIM technology came up,the promotion and application direction of BIM principally in order to improve the design efficiency.The application and research of BIM technology is also relatively less in construction stage. At the same time, the schedule and cost management of construction project is a top priority, but the schedule and cost information of components is difficult to get a full description for each participant.These problems become one reason why the construction information management efficiency is not high.In this paper, according to the above situation, this study put forward a construction stage resources dynamic management model based on BIM.It aims to collect real-time components information and reporting resource utilization,set up real-time dynamic model.Through the comparison with BIM planning model,it will realize the management of the construction schedule and cost.At the same time,this paper combine cloud computing technology and RFID technology with BIM technology, using this two technologies will make up for the defect that building information model needs higher hardware equipment,and so on.In particular,utilizing RFID technology which can gather construction stage information create real-time dynamic model.And this study will create resource management model which can add up and analyze construction site data by the secondary development of Revit software and creating SQLite database.Finally after using cloud computing technology to analysis the model,the modified information will feedback to the construction site and the project participants in need.People can also use cellphone or pad to read building Information model.The last chapter will introduce the model practical use of this study by applying to a kindergarten building project in Lanzhou.It aims to validate this model in practical cases for the feasibility of construction schedule and cost management.Finally,by summarizing the model of this study,the deficiency and prospect of this model are given.
