With the rapid development of computer technology, computer simulation technology being much more perfect has applied to the aerospace industry and becomes one of the most key technologies in the field. As a very important spacecraft in the field of aerospace, launch vehicles put forward higher requirements for trainees to do much better in aspects of organization, launch, test and control. Particularly in the launch area, trainees can get training and learning through real launch mission, which consumes the massive manpower and material resources. In addition, with the development of the actual task demand, the complexity of the launch vehicle system will be deepened, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty for the trainees to master the core technologies of the equipments. Therefore, in order to provide a concise and understandable trainees learning and training, simulation can be carried out in several stages of the working principle of the device, interface design, test, control and flight procedures, etc., to reduce the difficulty of training.Considering the development of virtual simulation technology and the demand of launching, we firstly analyze the results of virtual simulation technology and make a suitable scheme for virtual simulation technology, and then determine the key technologies needed in the development, designing, realization process and make an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the technique. Secondly, we make an overview of the virtual simulation system and describe the system according to the different framework and modules. Thirdly, we use WPF to build interface framework in the process of the system design and implementation. By using the Flash technology and Unity3 D technology, we make a simulation about the process of rocket test and launch scene, including some critical equipment models and signal transmissions. According to the characteristics of each technology, we analyze their advantages and disadvantages to make a technology integration. Finally, we make a representation of the system including rocket test launch site during each stage of the work environment, the working principle of critical equipment, circuit current signal transmission and the changes of rocket flight.Currently, the system has been successfully applied with a force of learning and training for the trainees to provide a lot of convenience to achieve the expected goals of the system.
