To improve the training efficiency of the construction of safety hazards in bridge construction,in order to break through the traditional training methods to make up time,lack of space on the traditional capital of the construction,this applied research provides a bridge on construction safety hazard identification Unity3 D platform virtualization Training system.The main contents include the design of the human-computer interaction interface,the system function needs design,interactive language presentation,the assessment method,the virtual training scenario cases analysis,etc.So as to establish an interactive,high security,repeatable operation and evaluation reasonable virtual training system.This research analyzed the current situation of virtual training system and related technology.Than expounds the shortcomings in the training of traditional bridge construction safety hazard and the advantages that virtual training can provide.Secondly,the 3Ds max and Unity3 D development platform is used to make and optimize the scene model to simulate the dangerous source in the real environment.Using the relevant data of the drive,the preparation of the relevant algorithm,and through the platform for graphical interactive interface design.Finally,complete trainees and virtual training scene risk of interactive control of the presentation.The content of this research has the following aspects:(1)Construction of dangerous source scene.Through the use of 3Ds max on the construction scene and the natural environment to create the model,and export Unity3 D development platform to identify the format for interactive analysis.(2)The preparation of interactive control program code.Through the use of data-driven,to achieve the trainees in accordance with the animation or program code to control the performance of posture,perspective switching presentation and evaluation points and other interactive design and implementation.(3)Through the virtual training system to identify dangerous sources do a specific case analysis,cases presentation.(4)Used Unity3 D interactive interface design(GUI)to achieve the interactive operation of the program interface and the virtual operation of the scene and let virtual training system program release and operation successful.Finally,through the Unity3 D engine,a virtual training system for hazard identification of bridge construction is established,which improves the efficiency of training for safety hazard identification of bridge construction.The training system to solve the training site limitations,equipment maintenance costs,high-risk environment on the personal injury and other issues.So that trainees can be free from time and place restrictions on the operation of multi-platform training,and training results for self-evaluation.
