Distributed Control System(DCS) technology is a kind of automation device with decentralized control, centralized operations, hierarchical management, configuration flexibility and easy configuration, which play a more and more important role in the field of industry.The limitations of the traditional industrial control programming make it though get a certain amount of success, but also brings a lot of inconvenience.IEC61131-3 standard, as the first international standard for industrial automation control systems, providing the international standards of programming language, not only greatly improved the quality of industrial control system programming software, but also improved the efficiency of software development. Practice has proved that the use of an international standard IEC61131-3 still has some problem for system engineers and security.In this paper, the author does a series of surveys and studies of the development process of distributed control systems and its current use situation. According to the survey results, this paper puts forward the research direction, namely in order to improve the safety and engineers efficiency, the author establishes a software system for logical comparison based on standard IEC61131-3.From the analysis of system need, the author come up the function points that needs to be done, design the structure of the system and the process for each function points to be done, and code program. Moreover, in view of the current situation that a number of manufacturers product configuration software for DCS system. Single platform for logic control system cannot solve the problem at all. Through the analysis of the IEC61131-3 standard, the author proposed a platform program for control logic comparison system. As long as the software meets the IEC61131-3 standard, this platform can be used for logic comparing.The system can compare the differences of control logic in two projects according to the test result and has been used in some factory with DCS system. Feedback from the engineer proves that the system has achieved intended purpose.
