The Study Of Musical Fountain Control System Based On IPC

Musical fountain that makes use of modern control technology for artificial fountain is a new style artistic form which combines music and fountain tightly through modern control technology. With the development of city construction, musical fountain become an important entertainment of the modern city life.Linking with a renovation project of a certain musical fountain, we focus this paper on the control system and propose two kinds of method to implement it. The first one use the Visual C++ to develop the program and mainly study the multimedia technology, multimedia timer based on the Windows and the control technology of industrial computer. In this method, the program was composed of several modules, which the water form edited module and the running module was the main body. The water form edited module offer user a friendly interface to edited water form of the song and generate the water form format file ultimately. The running module runs according to the water form format file. The other method was implemented through the configuration software and the advanced control platform based on IEC 61131-3 standard. In this way, as the basic water form block which programmed in control language based on IEC 61131-3 standard was completed, the user can configure the whole control program easily and quickly. Through simulating on the PC, both ways above get relatively good effect.
