IEC61131-3 is an international standard of programming language which is the first one and only one control system for industry automatic control system. It not only successfully combines the concept of modernization software and the mechanism of software engineering with the traditional programming language of PLC, but also standardizes the concept of programming and programming language in the modern wide range of industry controller. IEC61131-3 has played a decisive role in the development of programmable controller software technical, and the whole industry control software.IEC61131-3 standard programming language has been divided into two parts: public element and programming language. The standard programming language has defined the basic concept of configuration, resources, tasks and access path which is different from traditional programmable language control. The compilation and movement environment of the PLC system are built based on CodeSys platform which is PLC software based on standard IEC61131-3 developed by German 3S company and the following jobs are finished:1 The compilation environment of Codesys software Based on the iec61131-3 is analyzed and the software model of Codesys is analyzed and summarized. The concepts of the software model such as configuration, resources, task and access route are emphatically described.2 The equipment components are added On the basis of Codesys software platform for the target system. XML file for equipment components is compiled and the corresponding drive is written based oniec61131-3 standard.3 The communication among PLC system, man-machine interface and motion planning controller (this article refers to the Simotion) is completed according to Socket technologies. The synchronization of action message and the accurate operation of the control instruction are realized preliminarily among the three parts.
