Abstract/Summary:
Aircraft engines are the core components of aircrafts. The engines working state directly affect the flight performance, technical and tactical performance of aircrafts and even the flight safety. Therefore, the crew needs the important paramaters like engine power, speed, etc. in flight, for real-time control of the aircraft engine operating state of each component. So it is important to monitor these parameters that can represent engine working state particularly.Engine parameter acquisition system is a comprehensive system that is responsible for the collection and transmission of aircraft engine parameters in modern aircraft. And it is a very important part of integrated avionics system. Engine parameter acquisition system gathers engine’s information such as frequency, discrete magnitude and analog quantity. After operation, comparison and processing, the information will communicate with integrated display system, engine parameter display system, flight parameters collecting and recording system by the RS-422 bus, and engine control system by the ARINC429 bus. In addition, the system can also realize monitoring monitoring whether the aircraft engine works normally to ensure flight safety in real time.The thesis shows the research of the software development and system-testing of engine parameter acquisition system, the main research achievements are shown as follow:1. Acquisition function of engine parameter acquisition system has been studied. With structured analysis method, and the top-down design concept,the system software platform has been set up, and the function of engine parameter acquisition systemrealized. The system gathers engine’s information such as frequency, discrete magnitude and analog quantity, etc. After studying that, we find that frequency, discrete magnitude andanalog quantity can be collected by CPLD chip, status of DSP F2812’s GPIO and AD chip, respectively. Then, the data collected should be processed for getting the the results we need.2. The communication buses of the plane have been studied. After studying the characters of RS-422 bus and ARINC429 bus, we find that they all have a lot of advantages, such as simple structure, stable performance, strong anti-interference, high transmission rate, good reliability, etc. Because of this, they are widely used in avionics system of advanced aircrafts and some military aircrafts for data transmission. It can make the scattered information and data centrally, and integrate the former subsystem having independent functions. So they are benificial to monitor airplane flight status for pilots and flight crews.3. The self-test function of engine parameter acquisition system has been studied. We designed a series of methods to detect all aspects of performance of the system are within normal range or not.
