| This dissertation is resulted from the item of "the synthetic parameters test system for the Second generation tank engine of infantry". The means on the design and realization of the high-accuracy data acquisition module of the test system is introduced in this paper.The whole structure and the work principle of the test system is introduced in this paper at first. Then the whole project for the design of the high-accuracy data acquisition module is discussed. And on the ground of this project, the means of the modeling and performing of the zero adjustment and calibration for the analog channel in the high-accuracy data acquisition module is particularly introduced, the conversion error of ADC is discussed. The means on the design of the analog forepart circuit of the ADC, on the design of the data acquisition circuit, on the design of the bus interface circuit, on the design of the logic control circuit is given and some related software design technique is introduced in this paper. And a solution about the problem of high-accuracy data acquisition with ADSP21065 as the core and 24 bits Σ-ΔADC as the basis and the design of calibration and zero adjustment of the analog channel as the assurance is brought forward in this paper. The experimental data and the results of the valuation on the accuracy of DC signal measuring is given in this paper. To be end, some discussions about the anti-jamming technique and the reliability in the system design are given. And with the circuit designed by the programmable logic device, the reliability of the system is ensured.With the test of many experiments, the accuracy of the designed high-accuracy data acquisition module has reached the requisition of the test system. |
