Facing the trend of high information of war, the radar countermeasures put forward higher requirements on the smart jamming decision system. Jamming decision must take interference gain matrix as the foundation, but at present, acquiring interference gain matrix is lack of precision and persuasion, so that it is hard to guide the actual combat. Due to the problems of the smart interference decision system, this thesis analyzes and studies the constructions of ECM strategy models.Firstly, the principles of antenna ECCM, transmitter ECCM, receiver ECCM and signal processing ECCM technologies in radar anti-confrontation are analyzed in the thesis, with the emphasis on the research of the anti-interference technique of radar signal processing system, including pulse compression, pulse accumulation, clutter cancellation and Doppler filter bank. Specific processes on ECCM are simulated in the case of linear frequency modulation signals as input signals. In addition that the application scopes of various of ECCM technologies are summarized.Secondly, the noise modulation interference of covering interference in radar countermeasure technologies are introduced in the thesis, with the simulation on the forms of noise modulation interference signals. The radar measurement principles and methods of distance, angle and speed are described in the thesis, with the analysis of each interference style. The distance, angle and speed interference styles are simulated and the application scopes of various of radar countermeasure technologies are summarized. Finally, the measurement standards of covering and deception interferences are proposed. The variations of interference-to-signal ratios on RF noise, AM noise, FM noise and PM noise before and after the signal processing methods of pulse compression, pulse accumulation, clutter cancellation and Doppler filter bank in covering interference are analyzed and derived. The factors of corresponding deception interference styles to distance, angle and direction measurements on radar deceived probability are analyzed and the cross interference effects of some deception interferences are discussed. The processes of covering interferences after signalprocessing are simulated, and the curves of variations of interference-to-signal ratios and detection probability are drawn. The simulated results have shown that the inhibiting degree of the interference of anti interference methods in the signal processing is quantifiable, the quantization values provide an important basis for interference power settings.
