As a novel sensor with the advantage of all-weather, full-time, long-range,wide-field and high-resolution, synthetic aperture radar(SAR) has been widely used in variety fields, such as remote sensing, early warning, reconnoiter, guard against, etc.Electronic warfare can be defined as the use of electromagnetic energy and directed energy to control the electromagnetic spectrum or attack any military action against the enemy. In the rapid development of the information age, how to obtain the "electromagnetic power" has become the most important content and means to get the "system of electromagnetic power" in the high-tech information war, which means who will really control the battlefield. At present, the research on the multi platform, multi band, multi band, multi-mode, multi polarization, high resolution and networking mode based on the airborne, carrier and satellite borne SAR has wide application prospect.In this paper, we mainly study the technology of the SAR scattering deception jamming and countermeasure. The main contributions and innovations of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, the principle of SAR imaging, the algorithm and the SAR image features of the static scene are described, and the necessary conditions for obtaining high resolution images are analyzed.Secondly, the method of the scattering deception jamming is put forward, and the signal model and the realization process of this method are determined. The relationship between the traditional direct deception jamming is analyzed, and the relationship between the jammer, the false target and the SAR platform is revealed. Then the interference signal model of the same scene is reconstructed. The jamming effect is simulated.At last, counter measures are proposed for the jamming of the scattered type. The interference suppression method based on the parameters of the digital radio frequency storage technology is introduced, and the method of non-uniform sampling and space time adaptive processing is promoted. Firstly, the parameters agility is analyzed, andexamples are given to explain the parameters and specific programs, then for the non-uniform sampling method, the SAR sampling model has been established, traditional uniform sampling methods are analyzed, and a mathematical model of non-uniform sampling is constructed to describe the confrontation principle, the space-time adaptive processing principle is also explained combining with multi-channel SAR anti-jamming experiments. Through these methods, the suppression of the interference of the scattering deception is realized.
