Design And System Implementation Of A Fully Electronic Bidding Process Model

This paper put forward the concept of the whole process electronic bidding system after the comparison and the study of the aspects of flow information in a variety of electronic bidding system in companies. And it gave the design and implementation. The whole processis a system which blended in every flow in the bidding. It really solved the defects in the traditional electronic mode and got rid of the embarrassment of unpublicized flow information.This system centered on a subject-"inquiry". It can realize the flow direction by the different role in different operation authorized which can change the state of the inquiry constantly. The paper firstly compared the difference between the traditional electronic bidding mode and the whole electronic bidding mode. And analyzed the flow direction through flow diagram. It can be further proved that the whole process electronic system would be thoroughly new and high feasible. In the part of whole design, the paper had an analysis and design for the software architecture and single sign-on. It also had a deep analysis for all roles and authorities in the whole process bidding system, clarified the relationship in data transfer and roles switching. That is to say, which operation can be done in which flow for which role. And analyzed every role by the user diagram. Meanwhile, the thesis illustrated the design for the database. Through the data flow diagram, it described the state value for every flow which pave the way for the following. In the part of the system detailed design, it gave the process of the development in detail for the public function such as role switching, authorization, work flow mechanism, and message sending. It introduced concrete realization through an example. In the part of the system testing, the paper introduce flow testing and automatic performance pressure testing. It used LoadRunner 10 for the latter testing. It had testing scenario and case for the two test forms. Then it can be proved the accuracy and stability in the large capacity data by chart.After the system was used in actual situation, it can be proved that the whole electronic bidding system was so urgent and important for the enterprise procurement. And the system is very suitable for the most bidding business in the business. We can believe that in the near future, the new bidding mode will completely replace the original pattern, greatly improve the procurement flow of the enterprise and bring more economic benefits for enterprises.
