Printing electronic technology is the manufacturing technology of electronic products with printing process.Printing electronic technology and its industry cover a large area,it includes organic,inorganic or synthetic materials that can be printed and manufactured as circuits or electronic components.Printing electronic technology can makes a change in manufacturing electronics and more new electronic products.The printing electronic test-bed has been created with flexible materials such as PET and paper as the substrate in the laboratory.Screen printing mostly belongs to fine screen printing in printing electronic industry.Although the traditional screen printing industry has made great progress in China in recent decades,the fine screen printing technology still can not meet the requirements of science technology and market.Therefore,based on the development of screen printing electronic experiment,Therefore,based on the self-creation of screen printing electronic test-bed,TRIZ flow analysis model is used to analyze the functions,attributes and parameters of component flow analysis in screen printing system,the main factors affecting line height difference and the relationship between them are found out,the screen printing test-bed is optimized.The printing effect of the test-bed is better.The main contents of the paper include:(1)Develop an electronic test bed for screen printing,and establish an analysis model based on TRIZ flow analysis.(2)Establish the analysis model of screen printing electronic problems,and analyze the attributes and parameters of each component as well as the environmental conditions.(3)Establish the function attribute and parameter analysis of wire mesh components,identify TRIZ flow in wire mesh,conduct flow analysis attribute and parameter research,and find out the existing contradictions.(4)According to TRIZ's invention principle,the contradiction of wire mesh is solved,and the scraper device scheme is obtained.Orthogonal test is done to verify the optimization scheme of scraper device.
