Shortage of energy resources has become one of the factors restricting the global development and progress, for China, a country with large population is even more, energy conservation and emission reduction is imperative. For a long time, the power supply is in a kind of free mode in each college jurisdiction of our country, especially for teaching areas and office areas are without any limitation, hence a serious energy waste appears. Based on the university energy management platform, combined with computer technology, the fieldbus control technology, network communication technology and the field of embedded system, the paper is to design a set of intelligent, automated and modernized electricity metering supervisory control system.This paper is to set out mainly from two aspects of hardware and software.The hardware design primarily consists of MSP430F5529 MCU as the core control chip of the main control circuit board design, light intensity and the human body infrared wavelengths as control variables of the classroom light control system design, and based on ARM Cortex-M3 core STM32F103VET6 microcontroller chip as the core gateway circuit design. Software design adopts modular design concept, completes procedures for the preparation of the functional modules, upper computer management interface design and three or four microcomputer systems joint commissioning.For the electricity consumption of various users, the system can automatically collect, analyze and calculate, storage and display it, and upload it to PC monitoring center according to some of the information you need. Staff not only can accurately monitor and query power consumption information for each area in real time, but also can easily achieve a variety of control and management requirements.Classroom lighting control system can achieve the joint control of the illumination and human induced. The design of energy regulatory measurement control system satisfied the various requirements of university’s power management both in teaching areas and office areas, and it also played a crucial role in energy savings.After laboratory and field analysis and debugging operation, it is proved that the system runs safely and stably, and well fullfilled various functions of the system design.
