Numerous data publishers, enterprises joint to build digital reading platform.But still can’t meet the more professional and more personalized needs of readers.In order to create a first-class digital reading sharing platform, and provide readers with more and more open access resources and service which is more professional and personalized,the library need to keep up with the trend of the era, and establish this platform together based on advanced communication network technology and its own rich professional resources, professional personnel.Four research method have been used in this paper. It includes literature research, network investigation method, comprehensive analysis and the method of combining the qualitative and quantitative research methods. From the support of national policy environment, science and technology, digital reading environment, information resources sharing atmosphere and the characteristics of digital reading low carbon environmental protection five aspects discuss the feasibility of sharing platform of regional digital reading.Put forward regional digital reading in the process of sharing platform construction should pay attention to the selection of digital content, storage and recommendations;try to strengthen the infrastructure construction of sharing platform of digital, and assure that the regional digital reading sharing platform runs well, which has laid a good foundation;One-stop service to retrieve the friendly interface design, increases the ease of use and artistic aesthetic feeling of reading platform;establish man-machine interactive design based on the user; increase regional digital reading of sharing platform of personalized Settings, in order to meet the personalized needs of readers’ reading and sharing.
