With the development of tourism, the way to travel becomes personalized and liberalized, and tourism guide platforms become more and more important. Shilv Tourism Guide Platform is a system, which offers travel guids and information to travelers. As the rapid development of mobile Internet, users expect the platform supports mobile terminal access. Besides, sharing information between subsystems is difficult, and providing unified data query interface to third-party companies is not available. Therefore, there is an urgent need to refactor the existing platform to support multi-terminal access, integrate subsystems, provide unified service interface.First of all, the status and issues of the existing platform are analyzed, and the necessity of refactoring the platform by Web Services techonology is illustrated. On this basis, the main features of user account management, tourism guide sharing and ticket booking are discussed, and core process of user registration, tourism guide uploading and tourism guide evaluating are analyzed, and the overall structure is designed. Then the key subsystems, such as user management subsystem and tourism guide management subsystem are designed in detail. Meanwhile, the integration of user management subsystem and tourism guide management subsystem with Web Services technology is discussed especially. By the integration, the user basic information and preference information can be shared between the two subsystems. Besides, user-level adjustment and user message notification can be completed by the two subsystems. Finally, the scalability and return on investment of the system are also discussed.
